Anyone Who Struggles With Vestibular Migraines?
I'm having trouble getting through daily life when the symptoms don't stop or lessen for weeks at a time.
I'm also having issues with people at work who act like nothing is wrong with me and I should just do what they ask because I "look fine".... has anyone delt with situations like this? What is a good way of handling people who think you are lazy, when you are trying your best to do what you can within your abilities? I feel like I'm talking to brick walls.
Yes I did and if I knew what I know now I would have gone out on disability. Migraines are a disability and I didn’t know it.
I experienced the same unfortunately. Ppl just do not understand invisible illnesses. They think there should be some kind of physical deformity or severe altered mental status. I have status migrainosus, vestibular migraine depression, & anxiety. All of which are invisible & have caused me to be unable to work since Oct 2021. I would love to work, but at times I can't walk unassisted or I have to literally crawl to the bathroom. I hate it! I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. I have lost my independence. ðŸ˜ðŸ˜”
