All I have is the two links that I originally posted. I am currently waiting to hear back from the Salt Lake City VA Head Ache COE. I had to have my Portland Oregon VA Neurologist put in the referral. I hope that this helps you.

Does Anyone Have Cervicogenic Headaches? If So, Which Doctor Diagnoses That? Any Additional Information Would Be Valuable
Has Anyone Had Success Using Cefaly? Nothing Else Has Helped My Headaches, So I Am Thinking Of Trying This. It Is Quite Expensive, Though.
I'm Curious As To What Are Most Here Who Suffer Are Being Told Is The Actual "Cause" Of Your Migraines?
