Which Type Of Travel Is More Stressful For You-air Or Road?
I am from Kansas and have a reunion coming up in July in Utah. I know the 15+\- hour drive is stressful enough as it is but the idea of it triggers a migraine. My symptoms have increased since the last time I flew in 2019. My constant ear aches are what I'm most concerned about.
Air for sure. I can't fly as I have Chiari malformation. I flew once in 2019 and felt like I was falling the whole time. Never again if I can help it. I'll load up my pillows, snacks and whatever else I need, hop in my jeep and off I go!
I fly often. I live in colorado and my family lives in GA. There has been a lot of family reasons for me to travel. Due to my high levels of stress. Which my therapist told me is not a normal life. My neuro put me on a muscle relaxer for flying. It has helped. I also like the migrainex earplugs. I find them a bit uncomfortable so will put only one in the side the migraine is hitting. I keep 2 pairs in my freezer. Whenever i fly i need a day to recoup. I love a good road trip. As long as i am not driving. We did the drive during covid. But i dont drive often because of my migraines.
I'll never fly to many terrist attacks on planes my feet stay on the ground rather take the car
