I live in PA and these past couple months have been horrible with the barometric pressure and different fronts coming in left and right...I downloaded this app called WeatherX, that lets you know when their will be a shift in the pressure. When it alerts you then you place the earplugs in, and it helps prevent the headache or minimize the severity...It has helped me somewhat.

Yes, the barometric pressure changes always trigger a migraine for me. All I know to do is to try and be prepared and take my meds when they come. We are having rain all this week. 😞

I’m so miserable right now , do to the pressure changes . I just do not know what to do anymore. Hate to say having a grumpy day. I had a lot of projects that I needed to do today. You and everyone keep hanging in there.
