The usual course is to have 3 rounds of injections for maximum effectiveness. I had 3 rounds by a pain specialist with no relief. I went to a new neurologist who told me that he injected differently and I should try again. I was getting daily migraines and had tried every migraine medication available so agreed to try again. I did the full 3 rounds with him and again got no relief. I have heard of it working for some people Since you had the first round I would give the second round a try.

I have as yet to have the 2nd and 3rd round. September I will get the second. Helped my shoulders so far that is about it. I wish i could control the weather

First Botox wasn’t life changing. Second and thereafter was better.

Yes but it only lasts about 3 weeks. I get steriod injections once a month.

Yes..I took Botox A for 2 years…then B for a few. My body built up a tolerance to it so I stopped. 7 years later I started again…and my dr now gives me risperidone…. It has been working for 7 years now
