Get checked out by a neurologist. Sometimes you need to get a referral from your primary care Dr first.
I'm sorry that you are having to go thru this. When I was a teen I took over-the-counter medicine but it was really hard on my stomach. Now (many yrs later} I take Rizatriptan that my doctor prescribes. That has worked well for me. Have you gotten a migraine diagnosis yet? If so, the doctor should recommend medicine for you.
