Have Any Of You Went To Sleep With A Migraine And Wake Up With It And Forget What Was Going On Before You Went To Sleep?

Last night I had a migraine so I got my cold gel packs out took my meds and put my gel pack on my neck and then my brace and then my eye gel pack and fell asleep. This morning I woke up and had forgot what was going on before I went to sleep. I kinda freaked out because I couldn't open my eyes because the gel pack was over them. Couldn't move my head because my gel pack and neck brace were still on. That's where my question comes from. Thank you in advance for your answers.

I have not had any relief from mine lately. I have got to ask my doc for some thing stronger. I have been on the same pain meds for ten years. I just hope he will do it. I can't live like this. None of us can live life in pain. We shouldn't have to.

Smells make mine worse too. I usually use ice as well. My Dr is changing my meds. I can't seem to get relief right now. It sucks..

if you don't have socks you can take like the bag that an ice pack comes in and put rice in a zip lock baggy and then put it in the ice pack pouch and warm it up that way just make sure the zip lock bag is opened a little to let the steam out and i wish you luck

@A MyMigraineTeam Member Thank you for your advice I will give it a try when I get some rice and long socks. I can't stand to wear long socks it's usually ankle or no show socks I like or flops. I hope you are well today.

instead of using another ice pack on your neck try putting rice in a sock and tieing it you can freeze it put it in the microwave and get in as hot as you want. and trust me it does work. my nero dr. told me to do it and if it starts to get cold or back to dry you can put a heating pad over it and that will help ease the mussels in your neck to stretch back out. this is just a thought . or try drinking peppermint tea and then laying down.see how that works. i wish you luck
