I am on Nurtec so my migraines have changed from raging headaches to migraine symptoms with no headache-nausea, anxiety, body aches, etc. But can always tell when it would have been a knock out event. I’ve taken it for years. I don’t think it’s helped my headaches. I take it for arthritis, fibro and crohns. It does help those but it took awhile to see results.

Has Anyone Tried Over The Counter Pharma GABA For Stress?

I am trying to better manage my stress because I think it contributes to my increase in migraine episodes.
A friend, Who also has migraines recently tried GABA and she thought it helped relax her. It’s a chewable form at 100 mg. I did some research and I did not read anything troubling about it.
