I'm thinking about signing up with one, but it's a lot of money and I don't want to be a total sucker if it isn't going to work.
No I have not, but I’ve considered it. And yes they are expensive! One thing that always comes up is: Eat More Kale, less sugar! (Kale is very nutrient dense).
