Migraine Olfactory Hallucinations. What’s You Coping Mechanism? What’s Your Smell?

A MyMigraineTeam Member asked a question 💭

I have no triggers as of yet… but I smell cigarette smoke even though Ive never smoked and taste mints 80% of the time and I don’t really like the taste of then. Obviously I know they aren’t real as they aren’t there but my food taste funny to me and the smoke smell is horribly strong were it makes me cough! Then the next second all gone. But then it’s back for hours on and off every few minutes.
