CGRP monoclonal antibody medications are a newer class of drugs approved for preventive migraine treatments. As of 2024, the FDA has approved four such medications:

3. Fremanezumab-vfrm (Ajovy): Targets the CGRP protein and is self-injected every one or three months.
4. Galcanezumab-gnlm (Emgality): Targets the CGRP protein and is self-injected once per month.

These medications may be beneficial for people who can't tolerate other medications or for whom no other migraine treatments are working. If you experience vestibular migraines 24/7, discussing these options with your healthcare provider might be worthwhile.
