I have vestibular migraine and have gone through several medications. I am now trying Qulipta but it is making me very nauseated. Trying to figure out the right dosage. I also know that this medicine takes q few months before it really kicks in, so I'm trying to be patient.

I follow a strict vestibular migraine diet and take no drugs. I had chronic 24 hour dizziness from Sept 2021 until April 2022. A PhD with a specialty in dizziness and balance put it all together. No MD figured it out. Phd gave me the migraine diet to follow and I wanted to live again in 72 hours. I never had headaches, only severe dizziness. I also recommend the book, " Heal your Headache". The migraine diet is in there. Most people don't want to give up the foods they love, and alcohol, but it works well for me!!

I take Aimovig for chronic migraine. It helps lower how many migraines I get per month! I went from every other day to 2-4 per month. It definitely helps from a pain standpoint.
