The pituitary gland is a small gland in your brain that is responsible for a lot of hormones. It can grow a tumor in one of its parts. Depending on the size of it, the tumor may cause headaches, changes in vision, such as double vision, milky discharge from the nipples. Usually you need an MRI to diagnose this. Most of these are not cancerous.
