Sadly, I just take another triptan. I've taken more the past few weeks than is probably good for me. I just bought an ice hat from Amazon. I will try it when it all comes back. I did put an ice pack on my head one night with a thin cloth and it sort of helped.

Sometimes you have to go to the hospital for migraines that don't stop. My doctor would give me a taper pack of steroids and that would sometimes help break the cycle.

They never gave me migraine meds but I heard ice helps.
