I sometimes get my words mixed up. Like I'll try to say stop and say sand instead. Sometimes I will forget my words and how to form them in my mouth.

Yes, when I have a migraine, I studder, have trouble forming sentences, and with my memory!

Oh yes, I’m very much like that. Can’t get words out, can’t think straight, confused. I’ve been told by my adult daughter I need my own dictionary when I have a migraine. I really do get frustrated when it happens because I can not communicate well

I feel the same way. My neurologist put me on Topamax about 4months ago. I thought hey why not? I'm up for anything that might help. Then I took started noticing I would sometimes stutter. Walk in the kitchen&totally forgot why. So I stopped taking it. I felt like I had dementia or early onset Dementia. I'm only 47 so? TOPAMAX NOT FOR ME!!

I do twist my words depending on the level of the migraine. My sister in law could not talk after starting Topamax, the words just couldn't come out.
