I like Emgality too. It helps.

Took about two days to really notice a difference. It burns a little bit when you first inject it but it goes away in a few minutes.

Emgality has worked great for me, I have actually gone days with no migraine. No side effects at all. Have a really hard time getting insurance to cover it though.

I am on Emgality. It has helped my migraines. I've gone from 5 a week to 3-4. And my daily pain is less intense. It has make everything a little more manageable. I have been on it for about a year and the only side effect I have had is pain at the injection sight that a few minutes.

Update.. just did my 3rd injection about a week ago. Fingers crossed, but the migraines aren't every day..as of today. I'm afraid to get excited. But when they come, only takes 10 min and I'm hit for at least 24hrs. I'm just happy to open my eyes in the morning and not feel a thing. Now, if only the bf/roommate/main reason I stress the hell out would leave...That's a whole other story. Most empathetic, useless,sacarcastic animal. Thinks it's all an act. 17 specialists, 18 rxs and 4 surgeries in 2 years. He's the delusional one. Why and how do these jerks think we're lying? Crying, curled up in a ball and barely get to get out...yeah, why would I want to have that chance? Idiots.
