I get wild smells before a Migraine like smoke, bleach, coffee, and the like. It's really crazy !! My husband thinks I'm accusing him of smoking, and neither of us smoke!!!

I don't have a solution for the ringing in particular, but I have bought this migraine icepack thing that helps relax me quite a bit. I think you can heat it up too, if warm temperatures help you more. It's called TheraICE and I bought it from Amazon. It stays cool and is comfortable to wear, not too much pressure and it keeps it dark when you wear it. Hope this helps a bit.

Yes, everyday. It's almost rare for me to go without having ear ringing a couple times a day. Sometimes it's sharp and comes out of nowhere and other times it slowly escalates and last several minutes to an hr. It's usually accompanied by ear popping too.
