Does The Neck Cause The Head Pain Or Does Head Pain Cause Neck Pain?
For me the answer was a little of both. I currently use roll on lidocaine on my neck and pressure points on the back of my head…it has helped a bit.
A physical therapist can give you neck exercises—they were very effective.
