Migraines ordinarily occur on one side of the head. Sinus pain tends to be on both sides, at least for me.

I had to end up taking something for my mirange as well , but I get sick from them to the point where I throw up and I have a shunt that causes me to have issues I was born sick with a lot of health problems and I have a learning disability
