I suffer from 21+ migraine days a month I just started the Botox but it’s not helping we’ll with everything going on it is now mandatory we wear face masks at work which is fine but I’ve tried so many different kinds most pull on my ears or I can’t breathe and it triggers a migraine so I asked my dm if I could pull it down so I could breathe for a few mins every now and then and was told if I couldn’t wear it for 9+ hours a day five days a week I would be fired so my question is what kind of… read more

What about those things that connect to the ear straps and go around your head. That relieves the ears and puts the straps around your head on your hair instead. I've seen them everywhere online and they are cheap. I know for sure that Amazon has them. PickYourPlum.com, Leonard's.com, lots of places. Try those, then they won't even be on your ears pulling. I'm going to order some for myself and my husband.

At work we were given some with adjustable straps for our ears so we can loosen them. It makes it easy so i can loosen it to breathe but still stay on. Slip.com has some that i am talking about. But many different brands make the adjustable ear straps. I have also found the lightweight gators very comfortable. They have some cooling ones for athletes that they can wet that i have thought about. But since i have to wear a uniform one and i live in colorado where i choose to not go anywhere then, i am just going to stay home or play outside. Use bandanas and scarves i already have! I hope you find a solution
