What Experiences Do You Have Of Using Blue Light-filtering Glasses? Do They Help? I Am Thinking Of Getting Them For Both My Daughter And Me

We both get migraines and a trigger can be using screens. We don't have a choice about using them - I have to work with them and she has to use an iPad for school work. Does anyone have recommendations or comments about this kind of thing? Thanks!

I have tried several different types of blue light blocking glasses with no luck, however I did not spend a lot of money, in fact the last pair I wore 15 minutes and they gave me a nasty headache. I just saw my ophthalmologist though and I now have a new script for some anti- glare glasses. She said I could get a tint if I wanted, but if I did, it should be a very light brown. Because of Covid I have to wait four and a half months for the glasses. I REALLY HOPE THEY WORK. I have a lot of eye pain from dry eye and photo phobia and both are triggers for my headaches. Good luck. Please share if you do find a brand that works!

Thanks - I do this too, but it doesn't always work. I thought I'd ask about the glasses as for example, this is better in strong light, for e.g. outside.

You may have already tried this, but changing your screen settings. I always have my screens very dim
