Does Anyone Have A Bed Mattress Or Pillow That You Think Helps With The Migraines?
I'm also on the fibromyalgia board, and there was a mattress thread with mixed reviews on all of them. I need to replace my mattress and thought I would see if there was a good recommendation here. With multiple physical issues, I'm just looking for relief anywhere I can get it.

I use a Tempur shaped pillow (see picture) They are not cheap but give your neck and head lots of support. Maybe test one in a bed store to see if you like and to find the right size for your neck.
We have a tuft and needle mattress which we purchased on Amazon. 10 times better than the big bucks mattress we bought the year before and hated. So comfortable. I have arthritis and am a side sleeper who could never get comfortable and sleep. Big change since we got this new mattress.
