Does Anyone Go To A Chiropractor For Migraines? If So Does Anyone Find Any Relief From Them?
I am getting pretty desperate. Been having some really bad migraines with no medication helping me so far. Just trying to see if there is anything that anyone else does that does not require medication.
I had very bad experiences with 2 different chiropractors, 1 caused damage to my neck that took years to fix. For me deep tissue massage and Yin/restorative yoga help to take the edge off.
I have been to a chiropractor for my migraines... I would do yoga/gentle stretches focusing on your neck and shoulders first and maybe even consider PT instead or massage. A chiropractor definitely has the potential to make your situation worse.
I've tried 3 different chiropractors and had horrible results. One even managed to do more damage to my neck.
My chiropractor doesn't crack. She uses ultrasound, laser and manipulation and massage techniques. It helps.
I go see a chiropractor but its a machine that does the work. It’s called spinal decompression. That is for my neck and the the chiropractor cracks as we say it my shoulders and the rest of my back, hips.... I just need to go more often
