I have chronic migraines and nothing has helped I was wondering if the daith piercing would help? And were do I go to get it done?

I use to have migraines so bad that I'd get nose bleeds, I couldn't get out of bed and just even the sound of breathing hurt my head. I went last year and had both left and right done and I have only had one very dull headache since.

I used to get a migraine at least twice a week if not more. I figured enough was enough and got my right ear done with the daith piercing about a month ago. Although it's still a little painful to sleep on, it has decreased my migraines incredibly. I've only had two in the last month. Makes my days a lot easier to handle now. My dad has chronic migraines as well and he went and got his done the day after I did mine and has had only two in the last month as well.

Finding the "sweet spot" pressure point for daith piercing.
You must locate this first otherwise it's like throwing darts & hoping for a bullseye.

I see an acupuncturist weekly for chronic pain & PTSD. He puts temporary acupuncture tacks in my ears each week as part of treatment.
They go into the cartilage but not thru and
fall out after a week or so.
I asked him to put acupuncture tacks in my daith to try & locate the "sweet spot" before I spend $ on a daith piercing.
3 out of 4 times he tacked the daith, it worked immediately relieving migraines.
The 4th time, after 4 days of tacks in, I went to the piercer. Asked him to pierce the exact spot the tacks were.
I went from 6 migraines A Week down to 7 migraines in 4 Months. The length & severity is much less...life changing!

Alternative solution. I don't know about piercings but I have an alternative solution that has beena miracle for me. When I feel a migraine coming on I lay down close my eyes and listen to binaural beats.

Using headphones and I really focus on the sounds. it puts me into a sort of trance and when I am done the pain is so much less and often does not develop into a migraine.
I was skeptical at first but willing to try anything... it is also great as you can do it anywhere, I have even hidden at work and done it to help relieve the pain.

What a shame you can’t use the magnets. I had never heard of “magnet therapy “ until I discovered I had Ankylosing Spondylitis of the spine and I put on Facebook about how much pain I was in and a friend gave me a magnetic bracelet and a magnetic strip to put on my back (now fondly called my knicker magnet). I was amazed how it helped with the pain and after wearing them for a few weeks I realised that I had far fewer migraines and the ones I did have were far less severe.
I was so impressed that I researched the company which is in Germany and decided to import them and become an independent distributor.
I’ve called my company Bling with Benefits .com as some of the jewellery is really beautiful. You could have a look on my website and see for yourself. www.blingwithbenefits.com
I hope you have a good day.
