I've had cluster migraines and they are the worst of all migraines. Google brainstorm.tammyrome.com she is an advocate for cluster headaches and can give you lots of information and insight to the lates on cluster headaches.

Doc put me on propranolol and I use a steroid taper pack if they are too bad. Sometimes, it helps. 02 has been my saving grace.
A trick with the triptans it to get them double the strength and cut them in half. I am not even sure if you are supposed to, but the pain is so bad, that I need ( not want) relief. It helps give me twice the pills though, so I am not complaining.
So sorry you have to deal with these awful attacks too.

What mg of fiorcet do you take? I'm on 10mg, but feel itsnot enough..

I take my fiorocet and when cluster gets to bad I'm at the er. Wish I had a better answer for you

I don't get clusters but my old babysitters husband used to get them horribly. He was able to get the oxygen tank at home. Have u ever tried going on line? When I was getting bad migraines years ago a guy I was dating brought over a small unit for me that was pure oxygen. Didn't help my migraines but know it is suppose to help with clusters. Best of luck to you. Heard they are just horrible.
