Sore Scalp Anyone Have It

Recently my head/scalp has been sore to touch,little bumps so I changed my shampoo,no difference.Then I thought it was when I nneded to wash my hair as scalp was very sore to touch even water touching it was achy. Now it just seems to be tender/ itchy last few days like migraine is coming out onto my scalp,weird feeling.Anyone have this or something similar?
