Headache, Nose Bleeds And Vomiting
I've had these three symptoms for 2 days and I'm wondering if I should seek care from an ER. Ive never had a migrain like this. Came out of nowhere without an aura and slammed into mt head like thunder. I've tried several OTC remedies and took my last 2 Maxalt. Idk what to do
You should be under the care of a neurologist to go to.

Migraine Elimination Diet
Has anybody tried the migraine elimination diet? I was just giving it by my neurologist and I am very overwhelmed and intimidated.
I would try using a calendar to mark everytime you get a migraine. Also write down what you ate that day. You can then start weeding out what might be triggering them.

I think my migraines are caused by consuming soy.
I'm trying to eliminate all soy from my diet. It's difficult because it seems to be in everything including eggs. I'm considering darth piercing. Since there's many different opinions about it I was wondering if any of you have had it don't and what the results are.

Who Wants To Join Me In Protesting These New Super Stronger Fragrances In Absolutely Everything?
If y'all are like me, you can't tolerate these super strong fragrances that they are adding to all products. Recently my "dumb" husband (his words not mine!) accidentally purchased a cleanser for the dishwasher, not paying attention to the fragrance listed in the ingredients. Needless to say I get a migraine everytime the dishwasher door is opened now. The nurse who did my intake had a strong fragrance on the other day at doc office. Shouldn’t they know. It’s a headache pain clinic!!
