I’ve suffered from migraines for 60 years. They last for weeks. I’ve found through elimination diets many foods that get me sick. Surely I’m not the only person to suffer from foods. Why isn’t there more concentration on eliminating many foods. Mainly, stop putting inactive ingredients (fillers) of corn starch and lactose in mds.

Does anyone else experience this from this medicine. I know the sweat does not help with dehydration. Drinking watermelon juice and water today. Just re-added magnesium to my preventative. Hopefully this one is more gentle on my stomach.

Coconut water is great for electrolytes and dehydration. Doesn't need added sugar but be aware that sugar is also an electrolyte but too much isn't good either which watermelon juice is full of… read more
