What do you guys know about triptan overuse headaches?

I just learned of them from a nurse at my neurologist’s office. This had never been mentioned before by my neurologist and he prescribes me 30 rizatriptans per month and 7 frovatriptans per month, which covers my 20 migraines (if they decide to work). Daily Sinus Headaches

I suffer from migraines every few months but have sinus headaches almost everyday. I've tried sprays from the dr, sinus flushes. Over the counter pain relief doesn't help at all. This has been happening for as long as I can remember. Any tips/ideas to relieve the pain even a little?

How Much Does The Weather Play A Role With Your Migraine

I can't believe how much better I feel now that the temperature has dropped. There also does not seem to be the big fluctuations in the temperature, humidity and barometric pressure. The thing that is still messing with my head is precipitation. I know the day before it's going to rain, then it rains and then it takes a day to feel better. That's three days out of my life. Help With Migraine For My Daughter

My daughter is 12 and started getting migraines at the age of 11 what can I do to help her they are so bad they put her to bed and I gave her ibuprofen but some of them tell you not to, I get them every month and so does she.

Please do not just pump her full of NSAIDS or assume it is just hormones! NSAIDS can cause more migraines actually called "boomerang" headaches. Taking sugar & caffine away can help significantly. But… read more
