Can Oversleeping Trigger Migraines
I had oral surgery on Friday and have been sleeping a lot to recover from it. I woke up around 6:00 this morning with a migraine. Can oversleeping trigger migraines?

Chronic Migraine w/o aura since age 11, now 58. Severe sinus issues, eye surgeries, allergic reactions to several rx and many other treatments with Neurologist not working.
Ubrelvy has helped me, if I take it soon as soon as I feel one coming on or take it before it gets to bad. My problem now, is my insurance will not pay for it and it’s incredibly expensive.
