Hi Janet... It just sucks doesn't it!! I had almost forgotten I had them until menopause and then... I thought I was having a stroke or something. I was so sick that it took an er visit to see a neurologist. After 4 years of major care with treatments, diet, sleep, and stress management, I am back to my best self. Don't give up and surround yourself with folks that care about you and your wellbeing.
