I have one. I think it helps sometimes when I’m having a lot of pressure, or ear ringing. I can’t really say it’s consistent because I don’t reach for it as much as I should. I think it does bring some relief, it’s worth trying for sure. And when you buy one, they usually send you another one for free if you leave a review.
