Does Anyone Else Suffer From High Barometric Weather And Snow Brightness Migraines? If So What Helps You?
I do! Ugh. I keep my curtains closed when there is a sunny/snowy day and wear sunglasses that cover the sides of my eyes. Imitrex takes away the migraine for me.
Thank you! I’ve never tried Imitrex, maybe that could work for me. Take care, sometimes streaming concerts at home is better anyways!
I have the over the prescription glasses kind of sunglasses which I wear even on cloudy. When I skied (can’t now d/t neck issues ie no discs left from yrs of mogul and competitive skiing)! I wear the sunglasses AND goggles even on a cloudy day. I also take Sudafed for barometric pressure and for 3 days only, Afrin nasal spray.
I wear dark sunglasses every day all year round and get the expensive skiers glasses for winter bright. Just a bit of that bright sun sneaks around my ball cap and through a sliver between glasses and eyes and it’s game over
I have found Serengeti Driver wrap around and they are awesome! Best sunglasses I’ve ever owned and great for migraine people. Kind of expensive but well worth the cost to avoid migraines.
Yes. Not much to do except take rescue meds and sleep.
