What Cream Or Roll On Etc Helps For Migraines
I have them daily some days worse then other days i get Botox but it only helps a bit not alot it stops working before its 10 to 12 weeks
I used to rub on either peppermint oil or Biofreeze on my forehead, temples and back of my neck. Be careful not to get it near your eyes though!!!
Yeah i like diffusers
I have an essential oil diffuser. Not what your asking, but I put lavender essential oil in it and it helps alot with a bad migraine. My sis gave it to me so I unsure how much the diffuser is. The essential oil is about $5.
