Yes unfortunately I do too! It can be alarming ! It’s more feeling the heaviness vs the pain! And numb especially my feet! I started taking chelated magnesium which I’m hoping will work. Other people I know have success using it too! 🙏🏻🙏🏻

You are absolutely right. This is no way to live. You must get your answers/ You need to get on those skis ASAP. Keep pushing til you get your answers.

My grandmother had poor circulation and MS. I have spoken to a doctor about this previously and he did an ultrasound on my legs and it came back fine. My body is very tender. Still waiting on doc. Think im going to head to Denver for second opinion. I was too sick over the holidays. This is no way to live and i am not ready to give up on a normal life. I feel like i am doing my part by eatting right, cutting out caffeine, alcohol. And doing what they ask. The least they can do is answer me back. I am getting fed up. I bought nordic skis and havent been able to use them yet. So sad.

I haven't heard of this. Do you have family history of blood clots or poor circulation? Please tell your doctor how this is feeling and add to your migraine journal.
